In Everything for MoCA
Afternoon all, I'm hoping to obtain some assistance with troubleshooting roughly a ~70% reduction in effective upload rates. See testing and notes below; Firmware: 2.0.11 Adapters: MA2500D x 2 Network Connect: Google Fiber 2Gbps Down & 1Gbps Up Router: Technicolor GFRG300 Multi-Gig PC Motherboard: X570S-AORUS-MASTER (Realtek® 2.5GbE LAN) I began by verifying the incoming fiber connection was indeed producing the speeds advertised straight out the box prior to making use of the adapters. However, after connecting both MoCA adapters I'm noticing a severely reduced upload rate. PHY Rates seem to be fairly good with no dropped packets in either direction. I'm curious to know if anyone else has come across an issue before where the effective upload rates are drastically reduced after implementing the adapters? Roughly as 70% reduction from 916Mbps -> ~265 Mbps. Chain: Router -> Cat6 -> PC Chain: Router <-> Cat6 <-> MA2500D <-> Coax <-> MA2500D <-> Cat6 <-> PC I'd like to also take the opportunity to thank you for creating these MA2500D adapters. They've essentially solved my current networking troubles where Wi-Fi just wasn't cutting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hutchy
