I had a similar setup in my house when I started using MoCA adapters for better internet coverage. Placing the POE filter at the point where the coax enters the house worked well to isolate the modem from MoCA signals. It took a bit of trial and error, kind of like figuring out a Hot Game for the first time - once it clicks, the whole system runs smoothly.
