In Everything for MoCA
Hello, I am currently facing an issue with the MoCA adapter, I have Verizon FiOS and currently having issues with the Verizon extender so I bought the WF803M. Unfortunately the issue persists and the issue is that when I have my workstation connected to either LAN ports (On the Verizon extender or the MoCA WF803M) I keep getting browser timeouts. I do not loose any packets when running any ping tests. This includes to Google DNS, any internal devices (such as the gateway or devices connected to the router) and Google.com. I am getting connection errors when running a speed tests also at times when I attempted to run a speed test, I get an upload of 0mbps and then it throws a connection issue.. I checked the device and I see that there is a device on the list that is MoCA 2.0 which I believe is likely the ONT. The Verizon router and extender have been upgraded to the new CR1000A and a E3200 extender (Which support MoCA 2.5) . I believe if I lower the goCoax extender to a lower frequencies (MoCA 2.0) it should resolve the issue. I am not too familiar with the settings so if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.
