Could you draw a simple netwok diagram? Looks like you are builing a loop.

File transfers to NAS are usually single-threaded TCP connections, which are very sensitive to latency. MoCA networks will add about 3ms of latency, which may affect transfer speeds. If possible, run an Iperf3 server on the NAS. Doing a throughput test may provide further insights.

The setup is correct. Maybe the MoCA and DOCSIS have some interference. Could you share the model number of your cable modem/routet?

The inner is positive, outter is negative.

In each MoCA network, there should be one Network Controller(NC). The NC is This NC is self-elected. If select the Preferred NC, the device will join the NC self-slection. It doesn't affect speed.

Press the reset button more than 10 seconds then release. the device will return to factory default. It should can fix the issue.

Could you share the detailed info about the issue? I just updated the firmware to disable EEE in auto-negioation. We want to check the issue is related to or not.

Do you mean the second MA2500C can't work with your gateway? Could you connect the first and second MA2500C directly with a short coaxial cable? Check they can work together or not?

All MoCA devices share the total bandwidth. Can't limit one device to certain speed.

From the screen shot. The MoCA link rate is very good. And there is no errors on the ethernet port. Could you share the iperf command you are using? Have you tried -w and -P options?

Sorry for late reply. Looks like the MoCA adapters rebooted when the issue happened. Could you check the firmware version of the MoCA adapter?

Seems there are three MoCA devcies in your network. MA2500C, X1 and TG4882A. Could you remove X1 from the network and check the other devices can work or not?

Sorry for late reply. Normally, you need connect one MoCA adapter to router. Another one to your computer. and connect both of them to a splitter. You can do a quick check to make sue the MoCA adapters are good. Connect the two MoCA adapters directly with a short coaxial cable. Wait for 2 minitues, check the MoCA light. If the MoCA adapters are good, Let's check the splitter and coaxial cables.

No neeed to set fixed IP to MoCA adapters. Could you check the MoCA link rate from the webpage of MA2500D? You can following these steps: • Select any MoCA adapter in the network. • Set a fixed IP to your computer, such as 192.168.254.10. You can follow the guide to configure the fixed IP. Normally, the link rate should be about 3500Mbps.

First, our 2.0.13 did fix a bug about system carsh for some special case. We are not sure it is your issue. You can try to upgrade to 2.0.13. Next, could you share your ISP type, cable or fiber? If it is Cable, some DOCSIS3.1 cable may has interference with MoCA. We can check it for you.
