Hello everyone. I have had my WF-803M adapters set up for a while and working fine. I've had 2 TVs set up. Then one day, one of them stopped working. The LAN and power lights come on but not Moca. My internet is throught Xfinity and my modem is a Motorola AC1900.
Things I have done so far:
Disconnect and reconect
Tested and confirmed signal from wall coax
Swapped network cable
Tested adapter in place of the other adapter connected to modem=confirmed Moca light
Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Could you do a quick check like this?
1, Connect the two MoCA adapters directly with a short coaxial cable. Check the MoCA light can be on or not.
2, If the MoCA light can be green, that means the two adapters are good. Go to the next step. Otherwise, maybe the two adapters have some hardware issues. Please contact with us.
