Issues with two adapters

I recently purchased two adapters. When I have one on my splitter everything works great. As soon as I hook up the second one neither works, I can unplug either from the coax and the other works.

The adapters I have are MA2500D and the splitter I have is CommScope CSMF1APDU9VPI. I have Xfinity internet and MOCA is enabled on the router.

Any help would be appreciated.

So when plugged in to the adapter you should be setting a static IP on your computer:

Set the static IP to be 192.168.254.10, for example, with subnet prefix length 24. You don't need to do a default gateway or DNS details, and turn off IPv6 for this purpose.

This will let you go to http://192.168.254.254 to access the management menu.

You can go back to DHCP and re-enable IPv6 once you are done and want to resume normal connectivity.

Try hopping into the settings on your adapters and unchecking Preferred NC on both, that may be one way to have the adapters play nice with the Comcast modem.
