I have Moca working perfectly without encryption. As soon as I turn on encryption it breaks. I'm using the same password on all three of my devices and it shows link Down on the status page of all the goCoax web UIs. Any ideas on why encryption breaks my setup?

Any suggestions support?
Hi Jerry --
That request was from goCoax support. Sorry for the confusion. I defer.
Tom
This is not my real password but this is a simulation screenshot. I copied it from the first field then pasted it into the confirm field. Also, when I tested with a short coaxial cable back to back, encryption worked. After I connected to my house cable and different rooms it stopped working, until I turned off encryption.

do I need to enable encryption for Ext, Low and High Band?
I tried the method described in the manual where you start with one device and turn on D-Ext encryption then press the WPS button for syncing the other devices but that didn't work. Perhaps this is related.
should I factory reset and try the WPS method again?
Could you share the screen capture of the password setting?
We want to make sure the devices have the same encryption password.
Odd, because my system seems to work opposite. Without encryption, I get not only no TV, but also, no MoCA. Without MoCA, I get no internet. Although this last time, I did turn off encryption on the goCoax adapter and instead, pressed the WPS buttons on the two. Then MoCA came on. And because for some reason I cannot get back to the web admin page on the adapter, I don't know if that reactivated the EXT encryption. These are not the most user-friendly devices.
