In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. goCoax reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to goCoax. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; goCoax is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is not in the original condition, depending on the item condition, and reason for return, goCoax may charge minimal 20%, up to 40% restocking fee.
