Assuming this new Verizon model has MoCA built in? I wouldn't need a WF-803M at the modem side, just at the TV sides?

No. They both use MaxLinear MoCA chipset and firmware module. If you are using it with G1100 or other Broadcom-based MoCA products, you could run into incompatibility. However, Actiontec resolved many incompatibilities last November.
