With an online speed test, I have 600 Mbps download and 900 Mbps upload when connected directly with ethernet. Once I set up the MoCa connection I get 600 Mbps download but only 450-500 Mbps upload. Is there any reason why the upload speed would drop while download stayed the same? Can this be adjusted by changing any of the settings? Thank you,

Hi, thank you. Link rates look good I think. The screenprint is below. I am using speedtest.net for the speed test.
From what I understand the iperf3 test is between two computers. I have one computer and the MoCa at the source. Is there a way to test the bandwidth in this case?
This is result of speed test with MoCa connection, direct connection the upload will just go up to 900 but the download is the same.
Ran an iperf3 test using the same computer as server and client, below is what I got. Bandwidth impacts the upload but not the download?
First, please check the MoCA link rate. Normally it should be about 3500Mbps.
• Select any MoCA adapter in the network.
• Set a fixed IP to your computer, such as 192.168.254.10. You can follow the guide to configure the fixed IP.

• Connect your computer to the LAN port of MoCA adapter via ethernet cable.
• Visit http://192.168.254.254, username is admin, password is gocoax.
• Go to the ‘MoCA Link rates’ page, make a screen capture and send it to us.
Next, MoCA will introduce about 3ms delay for the traffic. If you are using a TCP based speed test method. Maybe the delay will impact the result.
You can use iperf3 to do the local check, Make sure the MoCA bandwidth is OK.
