I have a pair of MA2500D adapters that I recently updated to 2.0.11. When I use Firefox on Windows 10, I can view PHY rates and all other areas of the MA2500D web console, but on my iPhone 8 running iOS 15.4, both Safari and Chrome browsers time out and fail after I click the MoCA link rates link which is supposed to load phyRates.html.

Also have this issue. Accessing the adaptor web gui page using Safari on both MacOS and iOS forces all adaptors on my network to restart.
Chromium based browsers on Windows, Mac and iOS all work fine.
Have 5 MA2500D adaptors all on 2.0.11, all using stock settings apart from static IP addresses.
I also can’t access to the MoCA Link rates page with iPhone or iPad with Safari or Chrome. When I open the IP of the device and login, the MoCA light turns off, and it takes approx 30 seconds then it turns on. In this time my two goCoax Devices lost their connection.
I have tested these with a iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.4.1) and iPad Air 2022 (iPadOS 15.4.1).
It would be great to access the page with Apple devices.
We did many tests. iphone XR(15.1), iphone 13 pro max(15.3.1 or 15.4.1).
Can't reproduce the issue. With Chrome and Safari, can visit the MoCA Link rates page. The adapter firmware version is 2.0.11. Two MoCA adapters are connected, the link rate is about 3600Mbps.
Could you check, when you can't load phyrate page, how about the MoCA light status?
Many thanks
I had the same issue when updating my ma2500c. I have the DuckDuckGo browser on my iPhone and it works with that. U may want to give that a try until the problem is fixed
