Got a pair of MA2500D and one of the unit's 'SEC' light indicator does not light up. What does 'SEC' stands for?
I've tried to establish a link between the 2 units with a coax cable directly connected to both devices but the 'MOCA' light indicator does not light up and I couldn't get an internet connection.
I recently had the same issue with my MA2500D units, and after some digging, I found that the "SEC" light stands for "Security," indicating that the unit is secured and ready to work with other devices in a MOCA (Multimedia over Coax) network. If the "MOCA" light isn't coming on, it might be due to incorrect coax cable connections or compatibility issues between the units.
