That's a great question! I definitely have a few. Before a big exam, I always wear my lucky socks, which sounds silly, but it makes me feel more prepared. When I'm stressed and need a break, though, I find playing the Dinosaur Game on Chrome actually helps calm my nerves and refocus. It's mindless fun! I think little routines can give you a sense of control when things feel uncertain.
