Hi guys! I would like to share my experience with monitor stands and mounts from ProgressiveDesk. I recently purchased their desk and looked at the monitor stand, as I work 8-10 hours a day and need good ergonomics. However, I don’t know yet which model to choose. I need the stand to be not only stable, but also to allow me to adjust the height and angle of the screen. How are you doing with this? And if anyone has experience with a monitor wall mount, please write. It seems like this is also an option, but I’m not sure if it will suit my workspace. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Using a monitor stand improved my posture, reduced neck strain, and freed up desk space. I captured my setup transformation with CapCut for PC—adding smooth transitions, text overlays, and effects to showcase the difference. Now, my workspace feels more ergonomic and organized!
Using a monitor stand has improved my Lightroom for PC editing workflow significantly. It enhances ergonomics, providing a comfortable viewing angle for long editing sessions. With better screen positioning, I can focus on fine details, adjust colors precisely, and streamline my workflow, making my editing process much more efficient.
Of course, I can't help but support the topic. Recently, I have also been actively studying various stands and mounts, and it is important for me that not only the monitor stands steadily, but also the installation process itself is not a torment. In the case of ProgressiveDesk, in my experience, this is really not that difficult. I chose a stand with the ability to adjust and was satisfied, although a couple of weeks ago I also doubted whether it was worth overpaying for such a thing.
I am glad that I have raised such an important topic, because I also had experience with products from ProgressiveDesk, and I can tell you what I think about them. Let me start by saying that I have been looking for good ergonomic stands and mounts for a long time, and ProgressiveDesk just caught my attention due to its reputation. Over the past year, I have tried several models, and I can say that most of their adjustable monitor stand are really distinguished by high quality materials and good adjustment. I use their adjustable monitor stand, which supports both horizontal and vertical orientation of the monitor - this is a great opportunity to customize the workplace. As for the issue with the mount, I chose a wall mount for the monitor. I do not have much space on my desk, and with this solution I was able to save space. The tilt and height adjustment is a really important thing, especially if you work for a long time and at the computer, like you. It helps to reduce the strain on your neck and back. I can recommend paying attention to the ProgressiveDesk Monitor Mount model, it fits most monitors and is durable and easy to install. But you need to keep in mind that not all walls in houses are equally strong, and you need to make sure that the fastener is suitable for your type of wall. I myself have encountered the fact that on plasterboard walls not every fastener holds as well as you would like, so check what kind of wall you have if you decide to go this route.
