After a lot of struggling and bringing in another 2.5G adapter and a 2.5G switch, I was able to fix the issue.
Something messed up badly my Windows TCPI/IP which needed a reset...
So luckily there's no issue with FW 2.0.13

I've just updated one device to 2.0.13 and the browser is sitting on 'Transferring file to the device... 0%' and the webview is corrupt... so there's maybe no issue with the FW but there's certainly an issue with the transfer system
