Hello,
I am currently facing an issue with the MoCA adapter, I have Verizon FiOS and currently having issues with the Verizon extender so I bought the WF803M. Unfortunately the issue persists and the issue is that when I have my workstation connected to either LAN ports (On the Verizon extender or the MoCA WF803M) I keep getting browser timeouts. I do not loose any packets when running any ping tests. This includes to Google DNS, any internal devices (such as the gateway or devices connected to the router) and Google.com. I am getting connection errors when running a speed tests also at times when I attempted to run a speed test, I get an upload of 0mbps and then it throws a connection issue.. I checked the device and I see that there is a device on the list that is MoCA 2.0 which I believe is likely the ONT. The Verizon router and extender have been upgraded to the new CR1000A and a E3200 extender (Which support MoCA 2.5) . I believe if I lower the goCoax extender to a lower frequencies (MoCA 2.0) it should resolve the issue. I am not too familiar with the settings so if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.

The MoCA network operates on the same cable system that your cable television network uses. If there is a problem or interference on another cable network, it may affect the MoCA network. aa route planner
I encountered the same issue when connected to via MoCA which made me frustrated. contexto
I disconnected the ONT but it still shows that MoCA 2.0 device. It says it's a Ariris device and I cannot think of anything else but maybe its the ONT. Maybe there is a loop somewhere with the Coax wires?. Can this cause internet drops I mean it's coax and I am not too familiar on how MoCA works. The ONT has multiple Coax cables connected to it as well.
Hi
Could you disconnect the Coax connection of your ONT and check again?
