Connected 1st MA2500D unit to Starlink Router Ethernet port. Connected one end of coax cable to 1st unit. Connected 2nd unit to other end of coax. On 1st unit, MoCA, ETH, and PWR are lit. SEC is not lit. On 1st unit, MoCA and ETH are blinking. On 2nd unit, MoCA and PWR are lit. On 2nd unit, SEC and ETH are not. On 2nd unit, MoCA light is blinking. Please advise.

From you network diagram. Looks like the MoCA link is OK. Could you connect a client device 2nd MoCA adpater, such as PC or TV, to check it can access internet or not.
