Similar to a couple of other posts here, I am having issues with one of a pair of MA2500D adapters. I set them up in April (so about 4 months ago), and they were working great. I couldn't reach the network properly today and it looks like one of the adapters' ETH light is not on.
On the troubled adapter, the MoCA and power lights are both on, but the ETH light never even blinks. The other adapter seems to be working properly in terms of its lights. I have power cycled each of them and even reset the one not working, via its reset button. Both adapters consistently (re)connect their MoCA lights, and the working adapter's ETH light comes on or off if I unplug the ethernet cable from it as expected.
The non-working adapter's ETH light does not blink no matter what cable or device I plug into it.
For a few similar posts, it looks like someone from goCoax has reached out via email, otherwise I'd be happy to do some more troubleshooting. Do we think this adapter is just dead, or is there something else I can try?
Thanks,
Adam
