Drop connection directly on routeur

Hi,

I have deux MOCA MA2500D and i have a strange problem.

I play with Shield to stream PC GAME on my tv. I have drop aleatory with play result a freeze screen during 2-3 sec and the game restart. This only if i plug directly RJ45 on my routeur switch.

The problem is solved if i plug the RJ45 on an external switch !

Please give me an explanation of that

Weird issue—MOCA works fine with an external switch but drops when connected to the router’s port.
