I have two pairs of gocoax, both secured and paired independently. I'm wanting to have to separate networks over the same coax mesh. It appears my first configured pair dropped off the network once I added the second pair. Is there a configuration that will make this work? Perhaps different frequencies or similar?

Only way to do this is to setup a VLAN. Just like a Cat5 wired network, you can have multiple networks.
