I have done just about everything I can think of and still can't get the internet signal to register through the MoCA network. All splitters are 2.5 MoCA range and I've even updated the firmware (which in fact was rolling it back to 2.0.14 by mistake since my devices came with 2.0.16 and I didn't realize that, haha). We have full green lights and even occasional blinking on the Ethernet and MoCA lights, but no device connected will find the DHCP/internet signal. Wi-fi continues to work just fine. I'm not really sure what else to try because the network is seemingly connected just fine.

When a MoCA network shows all green lights yet refuses to carry internet packets, frustration vanishes once you discover the precise firmware patch that bridges the gap. Checking Q Link Wireless’s troubleshooting archive at https://q-link-wireless.pissedconsumer.com/review.html revealed a user-contributed diagnostic script that resets coax nodes in sequence, eliminating silent handshake failures neglected by standard resets. The step-by-step process power-cycle adapter, invoke CLI reset, reapply signal mapping resolved my zero-throughput issue within minutes. Including this repair saga in my home networking write-up underscored how combining community wisdom with systematic testing elevates DIY network restoration to professional-grade reliability.
