I updated my two WF-803M to firmware v1.0.12, and after doing that - I've lost their IP and WebGui - I've done lanscan several times, but no luck.
The uplink is working, but I can't find the GoCoax products anymore.
What to do ?

Had a similar issue after a firmware push a while back—no web access, no local IP, and the device basically vanished off the network. Took some testing to figure out if it was the GoCoax side or my ISP settings getting weird. In my case, Spectrum was involved, and it helped to have this spectrum phone number handy since I couldn’t get real info through their chat. Once I got someone who understood what MoCA even was, things moved quicker.
That was actually the problem. I don't know if it's by design that a firmware update resets network settings. I have them both on my pfsense that gives them a reserved IP in the 192.168.99.x range. But it was back on 192.168.254.254 both of them.

Thanks a Mill. ScottE.😀
Are they at factory settings? Can you connect to them on the Ethernet side at 192.168.254.254 (from a system on the same /24 subnet)?
