Thanks for getting back to me, I'm going to return mine. I originally got them to replace a Wifi Mesh network that was topping out at 130mbps and I had a 1GB Internet connection. I wanted the full speed in my office (other side of the house), when they work, they are great, but.... I get kicked from calls on teams, video and audio kept freezing randomly, ssh sessions dropping, and online gaming no good. I ran some pings over a period of time and got a 3-4% packet loss on the goCoaxs, ( I get 0.2% on Mesh) I guess if you were streaming video like netflix it wouldn't be a bother, but in my job dropped packets cause problems and make me look bad on video calls as I work in computers! Just wanted to thank you as I might well have spent hours trying to sort it if I thought it was just me. I'll take a look at those ScreenBeams. Thanks again

I have also recently purchased 2 of these devices, checked latest firmware and have coax end to end. When they work they are fantastic, but mine also drop out every so often, Is there a way to retrieve logs off the boxes to help diagnose ?
