Recently I setup a Moca network. Moca is what provides a fast connection in my home office, which is what I need for my work-from-home setup. When it's working, it's very fast, and iperf3 tests reveal speeds greater than 2gb over my 2.5gb switches! Very happy with the speeds, but the reliability is very bad. What can I do to make this reliable? I feel like my entire setup is ideal.
This is an isolated Moca network. It DOES NOT connect to my point-of-entry from the cable company.
Setup:
1 MA2500C connected to "in" on my BAMF SB-2008A (2300Mhz) splitter. Also, this MA2500C connects to my 2.5gb head-end switch.
All other Moca adapters connected to "out" on the splitter. There are NO OTHER SPLITTERS.
All Coax cables are cable-company grade RG6 @3Ghz.
My link-rate table. Looks great!
No dropped packets??? Not so sure...
