I bought goCoax's WF-803M but it isn't seeing or pairing up with Summit Broadband's iPhotonix. What can I do to get them to work together?

There are three more outlets between the two iPhotonix adapters; one of them leads to my office, where I have a WF 803 connected to one of my monitors by coax; the other two go to my Netgear box and the MacMini and PC that are joined basketball stars to it over ethernet.
