Aside from the 803M having the TV out jack I am not seeing a whole lot different between the two.
What am I missing?

I was wondering the same thing when I looked into both models. The TV out jack on the WF803M seems to be the main difference, but performance-wise, they’re pretty similar from what I’ve seen.
